How To Add Your Profile Picture and Signature Line to your Email

Good morning!

This week, I’d like to share 2 Tech Tips on how ways to Personalize and Professionalize your Outlook emails!  Personalize your email by adding your profile picture and professionalize it by adding your signature line (this pops up automatically at the bottom of your email to let others know your name, position, and contact info).

Email: Where is the “BCC” Button?

Help!  I don’t see the “bcc” button on my email, where is it?

Whether or not the “bcc” shows up as an option is based on a toggle (it’s either turned on or off).  If you’re not seeing it as an option when writing an email, it’s turned off.  To turn it on, try this~

Open Outlook and click on “New Email” (just like you always do when you’re starting a new email to send out)

On that blank mail, click on the “OPTIONS” tab along the top.

Then click on the “Bcc” button.  It will remain highlighted (so you know it’s now “on”).

Please let me know if you have any questions at all.  Thanks!

Using “BCC” When Emailing a Large Group

Here’s a special Tuesday Tech Tip- just for those who may need to send one email to a large amount of people!

This short video clip explains how to use “bcc” when emailing a large group (which can cut down on unnecessary emails if a user mistakenly responds with “reply all”).
