For those who may be interested, Amazon announced the creation of Amazon Inspire during the 2016 International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) conference.  Amazon says this will be an extremely user-friendly place where teachers can search thousands of free and paid resources, such as lesson plans, worksheets and rubrics (in the same vein as other sites, such as Teachers Pay Teachers) and is set to be released in late August or early September.  Those who are interested can request Early Access or read more about it in this New York Times article.
